After hiking trip to one of those high peaks, this craft brewery is a paradise.
Building and place itself look really nice brick building. There is no elevator though, only steep stairway. Second floor restaurant has really nice mountain view.
We didnt have time to eat but menu looked really interesting. Daily special was Texas bbq. Area behind brewery is famous tofu town so this co-op brewery brings some contrast to food offering.
Vienna stout (6.5% abv) was bold, smooth and I really enjoyed it. Hops are quite mild to be tasted. Malt has that full taste and hint of licourice. Winter is soon here beer.
Hawaian IPA (6.8% abv) seemed to be their popular beer. Quite strong pineapple flavor and not so hoppy bitter like most IPAs. Good beer if you like fruity, floral summer taste.
