Lunch at Mt. Sorak — Restaurant in Sokcho-si

Stopped by mid-afternoon, really by accident - looking for early dinner / late lunch after a hike that was longer than planned, and we happened on this place by luck - and what good luck it was. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. I think we were also lucky with our timing as it was quiet mid afternoon, and I understand that it is generally busy. We had the soft tofu (순두부) and the grilled mackerel (고등어구이). They were both the best I have had of each dish. Several of the side dishes were excellent too, especially the kimchi and marinated potato.
