Dancheon Restaurant — Restaurant in Sokcho-si

Okay, so why is this place soooo popular when there are many more places like this around it? Well, probably for two main reasons. First, it was in many TV programs. Second, it has history--it's been owned by 3 generations of the same family. We just had to try Abai Village Korean sausage (₩12,000) as a late-night snack. So, we decided to make it to-go. The place was crowded when we got here around 8pm, but there was no line. The lady who helped us at the front was pleasant. So, our overall experience with their service was good. All the food I had here at Dancheon was deliciously mind-blowing! My favorites were the blood sausage stuffed squid and the cold noodles. We came early for lunch (about 11am) to avoid the rush but there was already a wait. We got seated after 10mins. The restaurant was full of both locals and tourists.

Food 5/5. Only ordered the sundae cause I'm allergic to some seafood but it was really good especially the red fish side dish. I'm going to try the squid next time even if I might be allergic to it.
