수제버거를 좋아해서 먹을기회가 있으면 다양한 곳에서 먹어보는데 다운타우너는 좀 예상외의 맛이긴 하네요. 아보카도 버거를 먹었고 제 입맛은 매우 싱거운 편이지만 짠 음식은 짜다고 하면서도 맛은 있다 생각해요. 싱거우면서 맛있기는 매우 힘듭니다. 어쨌든 버거 치고는 싱거워서 아보카도까지 들어가니 느끼해집니다. 그리고 아보카도 때문에 간이 혀에서 겉돌고 묻혀버리니 밸런스가 없어지네요. 놀라운게 쇠고기 패티의 감칠맛도 없는 편이예요. 실수로 제 버거에는 소스가 빠진건가 싶기도하네요.

버거는 사실 짠음식에 속해서 콜라랑 같이 먹는거 아니겠어요. 그리고 오리지널 프라이즈도 소금이 따로 안 뿌려져 나온거 보니 원래 컨셉이나 싶기도 하고요. 통후추를 아낌없이 버거나 감자튀김에 쓰셨는데 과하면 뒷맛이 텁텁해집니다. 그리고 4800원 단품인 감자튀김이 기성품인 것 같아서 아쉽네요. 아보카도에 집중한 나머지 버거에는 로메인이 단 한장 들어간것도 아쉽고요.

고기익힘은 좋았고 오이나 무 피클이 아닌 양파피클인 건 좋았습니다. 총액 16000원 전 글쎄요... ...
