Kiwamaruaji — Restaurant in Suwon-si

Oh man, I've been to another branch of Kiwamaru-Aji at Sungkyunkwan-Univ station. My experience was alright back then. Maybe 3.3~3.4 I guess. So I've visited this place because I stayed in Suwon. This place can be reached only by bus and cars. Subway yes, but it'll take a while. However the flavor was exceptional. My ramen taste is more on traditional Japanese Donkotsu (pork base) which gives a deep flavor yet slightly salty. This shop met my expectation I have when I'm travelling Japan. Some people might not be very happy with it because it's the slightly greasy and salty side of ramen which I like very much. You can change the saltiness and swellingness of noodles so please try this place. This place is at least equal or better than Yutaro in Gangnam station or go-ramen in shinchon.

I'll give 4.6 and definitely coming back in...

이곳 키와마루아지 방문은 두마리 토끼를 잡았습니다.ㅋㅋ 그 이유는 그옆에 돼지국밥 맛집까지 발견했다는.ㅋㅋ다음에 방문하려구요. 키와마루아지 웨이팅 없이 방문했습니다. 하지만 시간대를 잘못 맞추면 웨이팅이 있는 매장이라니 참고 부탁드립니다. 매장을 들어갔을때 생각보다 작아서 깜짝놀랐습니다. 진짜 일본에 온것같았습니다.ㅋㅋ 작은 매장에 따닥따닥 붙어 있는 테이블. 우리나라사람들은 싫어하겠지만 일본에서만 느낄수 있는 분위기를 느꼈다는것. 매장 분위기 굳굳. 앗 메뉴판..안찍었다. 째든 저희는 특미라멘과 극라멘을 주문했습니다. 3분도 안되서 음식이 나왔습니다.ㅋㅋ 먼저 친구의 극라멘을 한수푼 떠 먹었습니다. 오 괜춘네.ㅋ그리고 제 특미라멘도 역시 오 괜찮네정도.ㅋㅋ 라멘 먹을만 합니다. 키와마루아지 매장은 육수도 진하고 면은 , 꼬들하니 맛있었습니다.또한 계란이 특이했는데요. 맥반석 같은 느낌에 안에는 반숙. 매장에는 라멘은 남겨도 계란은 꼭 먹으라는 문구가 써있습니다.ㅎㅎ 총평을 드리자면 음...키와마루아지는 맛이 없지는 않지만 일본현지에서 라멘을 드셨던 분들이라면 아쉬움이 조금 남을만한곳입니다. 저의 아쉬움을 더했던건 고기에서 쪼꼼 냄새가 났구요.좋았던점은 공기밥이 무제한 이라는점.^^ 규동은 비추천입니다.ㅋ

I visited Kawamaruuji here and caught two rabbits. The reason is beside the pork soup I found it. We visited Kiwamaruuji without weighting. The table is attached to a small shop. I don't like Korean people I felt the atmosphere only in Japan. Firm atmosphere. Oh, I didn't take the menu. We ordered special ramen and polar ramen. Food came out in less than 3 minutes. First, I ate a pinch of my friend's polar ramen. Oh it's fine. And my special ramen too Oh it's okay. Only eat ramen. Kiwa Maruaji store The broth is thick and the noodles are crunchy It was delicious and the eggs were unusual. It feels like soft rock inside. Leave ramen at the store, but eat eggs. There is a phrase. Um ... Kiwamaru is It's not tasteless but ramen in Japan If you have eaten, it is a place where you may feel a little bit disappointed. Food that looks better than it tastes, unfortunately. The flavors here don't match the way they look. The tonkotsu broth was too bland, had no depth to its flavor. Obviously it was not the authentic rich tonkotsu ramen I've eaten in the States and Japan. Although they put in kikurage and menma, both were underseasoned for my liking. On top of that there wasn't nori in the ramen. Ajitamago and chashu were not perfect but fairly delectable. The price was very reasonable so it would be a quick ramen fix...
