애나의정원 수지점 — Restaurant in Yongin-si

Having been to a number of this type of restaurant all around the northern half of South Korea, I can confidently tell you that the food at this place is top-notch. The "show" was a bit lacking, although the conversation and interaction with the chef was friendly and personalized. Great explanations, presentation, and accommodations due to dietary restrictions. The rooms are in fact private and good for small functions. Go for the food, not for anything else. Fresh, cooked as you want, absolutely superb sauce choices, and nice portions. Of course, it's too expensive, so save it for a special occasion. Also- located in a "village" of other restaurants and cafes, so a great place to spend an afternoon... and Anna's has its own parking lot which is...

It was very nice place used to be a house but now a restruraunt Japanese steakhouse style. Was a nice show and really nice servers I rated 3 because the chefs show was a little off and cooking style was off. I have been to many restaurants like this. I know what's supposed to happen...

음식의 맛은 있을지 모르겠지만 고객 응대 부분에서 매우 기분이 안좋았습니다.

처음 방문하는 부분이였는데, 보통 대부분의 매장 입장시 매니저분이 당 매장 방문이 처음인지, 재방문인지, 매장 시스템에 대해 아시는지에 대해 문의 및 안내가 있어야 하나, 해당 매장은 그러한 안내도 없었습니다. (이 부분을 이야기 하는 이유는 아래에 서술 합니다.)

더 기분이 안좋았던 부분은, 4인이 구성되야 음식 서빙 및 조리가 시작되는 점을 고객에게 사전에 이야기 하지 않았으며, 저희는 해당 부분도 모르고 조리 대기시간이 좀 소요되나 보다 생각하고 15분 가량 주문한 음료 이외에 어떤 설명 없이 그져 자리에서 기다렸습니다.

후에, 다른 2인이 도착하여 한 테이블 구성이 4명이 되서야 기본 서빙 및 조리사분이 오셨습니다.

앞선 부분의 안내를 십분 이해한다고 치더라도, 저희를 더 기분 좋지 않게 한 부분은 담당 조리사 분의 고객 응대 부분입니다. 2만원 밖에 차이나지 않는 메뉴임에도 조금 더 비싼 메뉴를 주문한 다른 2인에게 더 친절하게 응대 및 신경쓰는 부분이 참 어이가 없습니다.

저희가 가성비 좋은 저렴한 레스토랑에 와서 이것저것 서비스를 바라는 것도 아니고 한번 식사에 최소 15만원 이상 소비되는 매장에서 이러한 응대를 받아보니 거리가 있었음에도 서비스와 분위기가 좋다고 하여 방문한 시간과 노력, 투자금액 대비 두번다시 방문하고 싶은 생각이 없어지는 매장입니다.

덧) 퍼포먼스는 불쑈, 계란 돌려 자르기 딱 그거 두개 였고 볶음밥의 레터링 서비스나 캐릭터 등 그런 서비스는 전혀 없었습니다. 잘먹는다고 밥을 고봉밥 만들어 준게 서비스라면...
