Our second visit to this little gem. We loved the food the first time and the second time didn’t disappoint and we got to meet Massimo and were privileged to feel the love he has for food. Front of house is fantastic too- sorry we didn’t get your name.

It’s our favourite treat spot now and Massimo’s recommendation for his cheesecake was something we are glad not to have missed, he was right, the chilli in the chocolate pops after in such a beautiful subtle way. For mains we recommend everything- we are pescatarian and had plenty of choice, we would never normally order pasta but this is next level - my other half asked for bread just to mop up the sauce - hence the empty plate photo 🤣Let’s not forget the pizzas - out of this world. We spotted this lovely restaurant and as we never tried it and were hungry, why not?! The place is so lovely!! Exactly what I wanted!! Excellent outdoor space, with shade pretty greenery and flowers secluding you from main road! The one and only main waiter, a very sweet boy who was very attentive, was wonderful! Not pushy at all and the restaurant owner was also very welcoming! The restaurant was not full but still plenty of people to give a lovely atmosphere on a sunny January day and there was fantastic music playing!! The food was 8/10. Could be better but was still nice.

Their food looks good but we did not get to have any because they were so busy we were ushered to a table and then pretty much forgotten about. The waiter did give us a menu when asked but staff looked stressed and under pressure and it did not make for a relaxed atmosphere so we left. This is not the first time this happened.. the first time we were completely ignored. I understand we didn't have a reservation either time but I'd prefer to be refused a table because they're busy rather than be allowed in and forgotten about. I do not blame the staff.. they are...
