You must try this in Arinaga. Our first stop from the Airport turned out to be memorable experience due to the caring and lovely host. The host cooks unique dishes with her own recipes and fresh spices picked from the garden. She takes time to know her guests and and share stories. A place that I will miss a lot and hope to come back. A lovely lady who owns the place was always so kind to us and our baby girl, and told us a lot about the history and changes of Arinaga in time. Also gave us many useful tips about where to go and what to taste. We still have a glass of her bienmesabe in the fridge and think of her everytime we eat a spoon.
