Avoid, avoid, AVOID! I was conned by all the other good reviews into believing this would be a good place to eat. I'm convinced the good reviews are friends of theirs or people they have paid. The calamari was so tough and rubbery it was inedible and the batter tasted and smelt awful, likely off! The potatoes tasted as though they had been cooked a week ago and slightly warmed up, served with 3 tubs of tasteless store bought sauces, overpriced garbage! I don't often bother to leave reviews but this place was so bad I feel it is a moral responsibility to warn other tourists fooled by the fake positive reviews. There are lots of other places nearby that serve wonderful food you can go to instead. Saying that, even the local dump could muster up something tastier and fresher than this place. I will say the staff were very friendly but nothing can take away from the truly horrendous food! Just go eleswhere and eat in a place that serves tasty food and don't waste your money here or you will be...

Amazing local dishes and a really local town.

We actually went back a second day as we loved the food so much.

We had a steak and onion on a toasted slice of bread and the steak was so soft

Chicken goujons was also amazing - the aioli was just incredible.

After some good we head around the corner to the natural pools where we seen some amazing fish.

Is great to find little hidden gems away from the tourist hotspots where you feel you are getting something local.

Also the prices of these dishes is amazing. So cheap compared to other areas.

Staff also very friendly and service to a great level

Plenty of parking just need to drive around to find some spots but generally easy...

We came here as tourists and the staff who was very suprised that we were not locals took very good care of us. They could barely speak english (which I don't blame them for, we are on Gran Canaria!) so we ordered with the help of google translate and their spanish menu. It was a fun and different experience since most places on Gran Canaria is full of tourists. The food was good but could be better. The staff also helped us call a taxi late at night after we spent a good 20-30 minutes looking for one...
