VIPS — Restaurant in Alcorcón

It’s sad to see that VIPS still doesn’t have anything substantial for vegetarians or vegans. They really need to make this change! As far as this restaurant goes, the service was really disappointing. All the waiters and waitresses were young and have so much potential to make this restaurant a great place to dine but their energy and attitude was uncomfortable and unconcerned. As one point 3 staff and 1 duty manager stood close to our table and started having a conversation while tables surrounding us were trying to get their attention. Crazy. Slow, more than 30 minutes wait time for food. Messed up orders on every table around, ours as well. Highlight was one person got the food, other person waited 10 minutes. It was ordered together of course.

Note to manager: PLEASE call you Pepsi rep. and ask them for new glases. Those are just yuck, look at them please, I've never seen such beaten glases in restaurant, ever. Serving juice in Pepsi glass - yea, why not, but not in glases looking like pulled out of trash.

El MEJOR Vips al que fui jamás, tanto el interior como el exterior es precioso, al entrar hay música que ambienta el lugar sin ser muy alta. Muy educados: Nos atendieron de maravilla, con pequeños detalles pero muy bonitos, se nota que está infravalorado, pues no había mucha gente, por desgracia, una pena, eso es algo que no entiendo. Respecto a la camarera, súpermaja, muy agradable, amable y con una sonrisa en su rostro, la misma que nos sirvió nos trajo la cuenta con un "Gracias" y un dibujito, muy gracioso, escrito a mano. Finalmente, por si fuera poco, todo estuvo riquísimo, tardaron poco y te daba tiempo a terminar el primer plato antes de que te trajeran el resto del pedido. Cabe destacar que también fui a desayunar, y exactamente lo mismo, nos trajeron la carta, nos preguntaron si teníamos al app del Vips, y al terminar los platos, los retiraron. Siquiera necesitamos ir a recoger las bandejas de comida, ellos mismos nos lo fueron trayendo todo poco a poco. Antes de irnos, le entregaron a mi niña pequeña un chupa chups como regalo de cortesía, nos agradecieron la visita y nos despidieron con un "vuelve pronto", sinceramente no entiendo como este Vips está tan poco concurrido.
