McDonald's — Restaurant in Alicante

Poor service, which resulted in little boy been disappointed on his birthday ! Saw we had a birthday cake to share with family and friends. Didn’t say a word until we spent over €140 and got the food… And said they had seen it on camera ! Can understand why the brand is in decline….. Should have gone to a local family run restaurant, it’s not the cost, but the lack of service and desire to create birthday to remember.

Mcdonalds nuevo que sustituye al que había en el CC puerta de alicante. Si piensas venir por el 20% que ofertan en sus flyers aviso que solo lo hacen en los menús caros y no en nada que sea oferta ni menú 4 you . Muy mal por ellos. El lugar está muy nuevo y moderno y ,aunque se ve muy bonito da la sensación de angosto y lata de sardinas , todo muy pequeño y apretado. Es un acierto incluir pantallas para pedir ya que acelera el proceso . La comida y el servicio igual que cualquier McDonald . Comida rica y empleados rapidos y sonrientes . El tema del parking un desastre para empezar hay un lío increíble en la carretera para entrar , suerte si no te llevan por delante . La entrada al propio establecimiento con el coche es lo más estrecho que he visto nunca , si tienes un coche grande ni te plantees venir porque es muy fácil que lo rayes con algún bolardo , que le metas algún bordillazo o te lleves un rayon con alguna pared. Las plazas de aparcamiento son muy escasas y angostas , habrá unas 10 o 12 y además bien estrechas . La salida del parking es otra aventura . Personalmente me gustaba más el antiguo establecimiento por la amplitud y la cantidad...
