They refused to pay for the extra paella, they made us a new bill, which we agreed to pay, but then they again said that we still had to pay the first bill, we refused, went to the police station, where they tormented us with various questions for an hour and assured us that the bill was correct, in the end the ferry left, there was no desire to stay on this island at all (since the ticket for the ferry would be lost and we would have to stay overnight) in the end we paid, but the vacation was ruined. and therefore I definitely do not recommend having lunch in this restaurant, as they are simply brazenly...

A few days ago , the staff was exceedingly rude at this place. As a single traveller wanting to have lunch there (it was already 2 pm and the restaurant was half empty), I sat at a table of two when the waiter said I could not sit there and pointed me to a table of four a bit more back. Then another waiter came and yelled that I could not sit there. When pointing out his colleague had asked me to sit there, he very rudely said: "Well I am telling you, you can’t, you go and sit over there" and pointed me to a manky table at the very back. No need to say that I walked out and went to Restaurant Galeta nearby, with super friendly staff and delicious food (5*). Restaurant owners and staff should not forget that single travellers are part of bigger groups and families... if you accommodate a table of 3, why not...

Uno de los restaurantes más demandados de Tabarca, que si tienes suerte lo pasarás bien y si ellos no tienen un buen día, pues no lo pasarás tan bien.

Buenas opciones de comida mediterránea y buenas combinaciones de calderetas y arroces, así como pescado fresco preparado de distintas formas. He ido siete veces, dos para comer y cinco para cenar.

A veces faltan camareros, lo cual es compresible por estar en una isla, pero lo que no es comprensible es que los que están no estén pendientes de tu mesa, por ejemplo, una vez tuve que pedir 4 veces un vaso con hielo y otra vez estuve esperando 15 minutos por otra servilleta.

IMPORTANTE: Debes reservar con mucha antelación y pedir una de las mesas con vistas, porque esas están bien situadas, pero las otras no, así que puedes tener una cena tranquila si te dan una mesa "buena" o ruidosa con los grupos ruidosos de las mesas contiguas que van subiendo el volumen mientras más beben.

Si algo no te gusta, la comida, el vino, el pan, mejor no lo comentes, porque en lugar de ofrecerte una opción, se ofenden y ya la atención no será la misma, mejor dilo al final cuando hayas pagado.

Es un restaurante que otorga privilegios a los conocidos que van siempre, lo cual entiendo, pero no puedo entender que los que vamos más esporádicamente seamos desatendidos en favor de los regulares.

Como todo el restaurante es una terraza puede que tengas a personas que fuman a tu lado, así que si no fumas prepárate para ser fumador pasivo.

Aspectos que están muy bien:

La comida en general, he probado los arroces, las calderetas y los pescados. La variedad de las bebidas. La ubicación, dependiendo de la mesa que te den. El local está bien ubicado en la isla y tiene vistas al mar.

Aspectos negativos o que se pueden mejorar:

No hay opciones sin gluten ni lactosa, y una ensalada no se considera una opción sin gluten ni lactosa. El servicio al cliente de los que llegamos a la hora de abrir. Si es la hora de abrir, pues ya es la hora de empezar a servir. La atención al cliente es normal, pero no es buena, en eso deberían mejorar. Permiten fumar con mesas separadas un metro. No dejar fumar sería lo mejor para quienes no fumamos.
