Stay away from this place! The service was absolutely terrible, especially from the older waiter who served us. I’m not sure if he just doesn’t like foreigners, but he was downright rude to us — something I didn’t notice in the way he treated Spanish customers. What was supposed to be a pleasant dining experience turned into a huge disappointment. The older gentleman who greeted us was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. First, he made us wait a long time for a table even though several were available. Then he came over, threw the menus on the table without saying a word, and disappeared for ages before finally taking our order. But the worst was yet to come — my husband received his dish, but mine didn’t arrive. After about 15 minutes, we asked the waiter about it, and he arrogantly snapped that it would be there “soon.” A few minutes later, he brought part of my order — fries instead of the patatas bravas I had ordered, strangely enough with the bravas sauce. We waited another 10 minutes, asked again, and were told “five more minutes.” At that point, my husband said, “My food is cold already!” The waiter took it away and came back some minutes later with both our dishes. But it was a disaster: my husband’s cuttlefish was inedible — clearly reheated, rubbery like shoe leather. My fried baby squid (chopitos) were undercooked and so salty they were almost impossible to eat. The waiter brought coffees and informed us that we would need to wait 25 minutes for the paella, which was fine with us. After 45 minutes neither paella nor the rest of the order arrived, while a guest who came after us received his order of paella. After a few interventions, we wanted to pay for the coffee and leave to catch the ferry, the waiter brought the dorada and patatas bravas - neither fresh. Read moreContestación al camarero Javier por alusiones. Primero decirle, que se ha perjudicado más al restaurante contestando con tan poca educación a la reseña, que la propia reseña. Segundo, no le voy a consentir que se dirija a nosotros en esos términos, faltandonos al respeto y usando ese lenguaje, con el que se retrata. Por lo qué como clientes y haciendo uso de nuestro derecho, les pondrémos una reclamacion según consideremos. Y tercero, no creo que se le informara a usted de nuestra relación 'o parentesto, no saque conclusiones, no le interesa. Respecto al precio también le voy a contestar, pagamos 60€ por la bebidas, dos ensaladas y una fritura de pescado que era lo único que se podía comer. Efectivamente nos cobraron 60€ de los menús, pero no nos sirvieron el postre (ni siquiera atendía a nuestras llamadas), el arroz estába incomible y se quedó todo en la paellera. No sé cómo se atreve a sacar un arroz así a la mesa y además decir que nos lo hemos comido (no es cierto) se quedó todo sin servir. Le pedimos que comprobara que estaba durísimo el arroz, sin cocer, y se puso a comer directamente sobre la paellera varias veces con una cucharita (otra de sus buenas maneras) no había visto jamás comer directamente al camarero de la comida servida para el cliente (para otra ocasión, utilice un plato, queda bastante mejor). Por cierto, usted nos reconoció que había granos duros, y contestó que ese arroz era como se hacía alli. Mi opinión es, que estaba sin terminar de cocinar y al llamarle varias veces, nos lo trajo directamente. Honestamente creo que no tendríamos que haber pagado la cuenta y poner allí mismo una reclamación, pero nos sobra la educación, al contrario que a usted. Dedíquese a realizar bien el trabajo por el que nos cobran, en vez de faltar al respeto a los clientes y no tendrá que atender éstas quejas.
