Burger King — Restaurant in Almeria

I went today in this restaurant and it was a bad experience. I tried to made my order on the computer but all the computer was off (Black screen) , a woman from the staff told me to make my order at the desk. I told her that I speak a little bit spanish, she told me that she speak only spanish. I ask in spanish language "neuve pollo nuggets", she said "vale". Then when I was waiting my order, I saw on the ticket that it was not what I asked , I saw "menu big fish and 5 nuggets" instead of my 9 nuggets. Before leaving I saw that the computer worked again and I tried my order, and I saw that what I wanted was less expensive that what the staff woman charged me... I paid 13.81 instead of 12.66... I guess it is a kind of tourist tax... If you are a foreigner, avoid this restaurant !! The staff hate foreigner. I have visited this Burger King as a turist here. I'm sure one of best Burger King in Spain, but truely best in Almeria. Restaurant itself is clean, everything fresh. The place is calm and silent. The stuff is extreme helpful, patient with turist who are not aware of Burger King member system yet. They speak fluently English, what is a huge pro in overall in Spain. The kitchen work goes smooth (since easy to see inside), food is prepared very well and precise both times. I'm very satisfied and gladly take even a detour anytime to eat here instead of other fast food...

Llegamos a las 23:00 de la noche para cenar algo un martes noche, y creíamos que estaba cerrado porque tenían las luces del parking apagadas. Comprobamos la hora del cierre y vimos que era a las 12:00 de la noche, por lo que decidimos entrar. No tenían ni un solo cliente y había varias mesas sucias, entiendo que desde fuera parecía que estuviera cerrado por eso no había nadie. Hicimos nuestro pedido y nos atendieron con normalidad. Nuestra sorpresa fue que al terminar de cenar (23:34 de la noche) nos apagaron las luces de todo el restaurante, sin avisarnos. Nos quedamos a oscuras en mitad del salón y aún con los helados a medias. Sentimos que fue un gesto de muy mala educación y tomó sentido que al llegar pareciera que estuviera cerrado, desde luego no les apetecía ni cerrar a su hora ni atender a nadie. Trabajo en la competencia y entiendo perfectamente como se trabaja. Una vez hemos cerrado los clientes cenan y hacen sobremesa mientras nos dedicamos a recoger y hacer el cierre. En mi restaurante las luces del salón no se apagan hasta que sale el último cliente por la puerta. Es un fastidio pero es que en vuestro caso no era ni la hora de cerrar. Fue una falta de respeto y dieron muy mala imagen, no volveré a ir...
