Croco Brasa — Restaurant in Alp

We felt the overall experience could have been better. The pricing was fair, but I had higher expectations for the quality of the meat. Unfortunately, some parts of the dish had quite a bit of callus, making them difficult to enjoy.

Additionally, the restaurant’s temperature was a bit chilly, which affected the overall comfort. Despite these aspects, the restaurant has potential, and we hope it can refine certain details for a more enjoyable dining experience...

This restaurant was the biggest surprise of our trip to La Molina. My wife and I ordered a ribeye steak and pork ribs, and they were both cooked to perfection. The quality of the meat itself was top notch, and it was so delicious that we completely forgot to take photos for this review :-D

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The lamb meat from the grill was very chewy. After I told the staff they were super friendly and immediately offered me to pick something else from the menu. The pasta carbonara honestly had nothing to do with the real dish: it was made with cooked ham and too much cream. Despite the good service I wouldn’t come back...
