We had pizza and the food was excellent. The service was very poor and because of that they lost out on further drinks, dessert and any tips. My son asked for barbecue sauce as a side and it was taken as part of our order, confirmed by the waiter. The sauce never arrived and I asked different waiters about four times for it. It would have been easier to say in the beginning they don’t have it and no hard feelings. But like this it was constant disappointment and I have an autistic son so it is not easy when people are not upfront with us.

Also my drinks arrived after my food which is bad and I had to tell the waitress again what drinks I ordered. We arrived close to the opening time so there is no reason to all this.

We were not looked after at all, so when we finished the pizza we were just waiting there and nothing happened. No questions if we want more drinks or dessert or anything. I even waited a relatively long time to be able to pay.

I think the restaurant is understaffed for its size and cannot provide a good service. In comparison the restaurant on the opposite side of the road has the same size of staff for the third of the number of tables and it runs well.

If only good food is what you want then it’s a place to be. If you’re “eating” more than just the food and need to feel good in there, I don’t recommend it. Or just do take aways.

We had dinner in this restaurant the weekend of the 11th of Feb 2018. The premises are nice and new. The service was acceptable however the food and the coordination in the kitchen were the worse I've ever experienced. We were part of six-people party and we hadn't finished our starters than they offered to bring our steaks out. We declined as we hadn't finished yet and when they brought them out they were cold. And mean cold. Totally unacceptable. They warm them up but we had to wait about 10', when the rest of the table started eating while their food was still warm. One of our friends ordered Trinxat de la Cerdanya. It's cabbage, potatoes and bacon. The bacon wasn't fried, instead it looked boiled and the dish is supposed to be crispy yet it was just boiled vegetables. Most of the food was extremely salty, that dish in particular. Reservamos mesa para 25 personas de los cuales 5 eran niños. El encargado desde que llegamos nos metió bastante prisa para elegir plato e incluso hizo algún comentario del tipo: "¿Sabes ya lo que vas a pedir?Pues no es tan difícil. A nuestro entender bastante borde. Mientras esperábamos la comida nos puso 4 platos de aceitunas bastante ridículas para 25 personas. Las pizzas fueron saliendo y la ultima llego cuando la mayoría ya habíamos terminado. Después de pedir la cuenta (450€) le dijimos a la camarera que nos invitara a unos chupitos, se lo consulto al encargado y puso mala cara negando con la cabeza mientras hablaba con la camarera. Al final creo que se dio cuenta de que estaba siendo muy cutre y nos trajo 4 chupitos para 20. Patético, una autentica vergüenza. No recomendaría esta pizzeria ni a mi peor enemigo.
