I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for years. Never lived an experience like this before in my life. This Summer there’s a new management and a new way of treating customers. First, a music speaker was placed between our table and the one next to us. We asked the staff to turn the volume down because it was just 9:30pm and we could not talk to each other when dining. The owner, came with a sort of disturbing attitude and turned it down just a bit. A table of four left because of the music. We still couldn’t talk among ourselves and kindly asked to turn the (disco) music down for a 2nd time. The owner came again with a very arrogant attitude and did what he was kindly asked to do. In the meantime, we were served 4 tintos de verano with no ice (10€/each). No one taking our order. And a table of 6 next to us annoyed by the loudness of the music. It was a desperate situation. We finally decided to leave. The table of 6 complained to the owner when he went back to turn the volume up and told them to follow our decision: you don’t like the volume, then leave! As I said, I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for more than 12 years, and never experienced such a nasty, arrogant and disturbing behaviour from very educated customers. Just one more thing. Read moreWe had 2 caipirinhas 1 aperol spritz and 2 portions of deepfried shrimp bites and paid 70 eur. The shrimp were good, drinks average. View is nice, and that why you pay the price. BUT i left my 450 eur cbd vaporizer on the table when i left the place, i even have a photo of the device laying on the table. When i arrived at my next stop i wanted to take my vaporizer out of my backpack and i remember to have forgot it on the table.
Luckily we were the only visitors on the terrace at that moment (it was a sunday) I immediately called the place and talked to the person that was serving us.
He said he found nothing on the table, but that is impossible because he still needed to take avay the plate and glasses while the device was still laying there.
When i asked to check the camera recordongs i did not get to see anything, he could have sent me the video of us leaving the table to proove me that i took the device with me... but he did not (even though i gave him my whatsapp).
Also since i did not do any stop in between Bay Club and my place there is no possibility that i took it with me.
Zero respect for a business that steals from their customers after charging already high...

So we had drinks with old plates / glasses and used napkins on the table. You have to beg for an another drink. Waving at staff. It wasn’t busy. You have to ask multiple times and people for a simple beer. We decided to have a burger also. We ordered a burger well done. It never arrived. We ordered a coffee and gave up. We asked for our bill and nothing arrived. I went to pay at the bar. The food and code wasn’t even listed. They never even ordered it. They said how was it. I said it would have been good if we got our food. He asked who took the order I said you did. Absolute worst service. 18e burger never arrived. I’m happy I’m sure it would have gated like crap.
