Noa Lounge & Gourmet — Restaurant in Altea

We visited Noa twice last year and everything we have chosen has been superbly cooked and presented. Last night we returned and we were even more delighted. Not only were we warmly greeted ,the service was attentive and charming ,with no attempt to up-sell. We can highly recommend the fusion salad, which we shared as a starter. The different flavours caught our palates with each bite, not had a better starter as long as we can remember, especially as hubby is not a 'greens' fan. We then each had the fillet steak, absolutely cooked to perfection (rare for me and medium rare for hubby.) The chef deserves a medal for the choice of fat free' melt in your mouth 'steak, again with delicious flavours and seasoning,So,guess what? Simply fabulous! Made contact with Noa lounge a month ago to see if they would be happy to accommodate 14 people (Hen do) for lunch on Thursday 16th May, and i am very impressed with their service. Not only was their communication prior to arriving incredible and very caring, often wishing us safe travels, but the food was delicious! The chicken tacos on the special menu went down a treat with one and the burger have to get special mentions. The staff were attentive and friendly, laughing along with us and making the bride feel very special. We had only landed an hour and half from London prior to eating here so it set the hen do off very well. The bride herself was so impressed she even wrote a review herself. I had the pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday at this exceptional establishment, and I can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of delightful, in a laid back confident way, no pretentious here just warmth. From the ambiance to the attentive servers and the skillful kitchen staff, every facet was well executed. The array of culinary delights, from succulent BBQ ribs to flavorful Mexican tacos, fresh seafood, and tasty sushi, showcased the chef's dedication to detail. The flavors were not only delightful but also showcased the expertise behind their preparation.
