I had the misfortune to be fed at Saltea last night. I wonder where the many positive reviews for this restaurant come from! The best was the starter (6 oysters). Then sea bass in the salt mantle. After the salt mantle was off, a fish the size of a brown trout remained. For 2 people!! Unfortunately, the part was too long cooked, so a bit soggy. The service had problems the fish puree from the salt crust to pulen. Since I still had a slight feeling of being hooked after the homeopathic fish dose and there was still wine left, I asked the waiter if they had a cheese platter on offer. Of course, that was the proud answer. Then they came with a cheese variation consisting of Manchego, Manchego and even more Manschego. On my question why the "Variaton" consist only of Manchego, they brought me the menu on which I unfortunately could not find cheese. Result of a spoiled birthday dinner see bill! Also noteworthy 2 Apérol Spritz for the proud price of 11 € the piece.

I used to be a regular guest at this restaurant and always appreciated the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the behaviour of the administrator. Despite several empty tables, I was rudely told that everything was fully booked and that the wait would be very long — without any explanation or courtesy.

The way the administrator spoke was downright disrespectful and unprofessional, completely ruining the impression of the place. It’s truly unfortunate when good food and a nice setting are overshadowed by such poor and arrogant customer service. After this experience, I can no longer recommend...

We had a very nice lunch in Saltea sitting on a covered terrace. For starters we had tuna tartar which was prepared in front of us, calamari with aioli, jamon and avocado salad - all was very tasty! For mains we had Argentinian steak, seafood paella and seafood soup which were also delicious. Service was excellent, our waiters spoke very good English, Spanish and Russian which was convenient for our international family. Highly recommend and will come back soon. Didn’t take any photos as was very busy enjoying all the food!

Aleksey was very kind and showed our little son live lobsters....

We visited for dinner on December 31, booking the previous evening and securing the final table. The table was little away from the main restaurant area and close to the bar, but we found this a benefit rather than a drawback as it was a good bit quieter. We started with Pulpo and Tempura Prawns, both of which were excellent. The main courses were a Aberdeen-Angus steak and a Lamb leg, again excellent. A celebratory bottle of cava, bottled water and a coffeecompleted the meal. The service was very competent and efficient and the ambience very pleasant - and worthy of such a special event.

From my point of view it is the Best Restaurant in the harbour. Daily fresh fish from the fishmarket, which is seltected by the owner it self. I love the breakfast especially the bogadilla de Madrid and the spanish tortilla with truffels are amazing. For dinner you have various Choices out of the menu as also daily recommendation. I love the tuna Tatar with strawberries and Vodka, it's one of a kind. Desserts are preddy good too, try the carrot cake. A good wine selection and friendly Staff makes it nice to be there everytime. Over all an all time recommendation.

The best destination for lunch with authentic cuisine. Excellent service and cleanliness standards. We visited with friends as a group of 8 guests and very much enjoyed every moment. A very knowledgeable restaurant owner Alexey is such a lovely man! He made our experience very special and enjoyable. We ordered various dishes, but the highlight was a fresh mero, which was grilled and served at the table. Highly recommend this restaurant if you ever visit Marina Greenwich.
