Ich bin Begeistert. Man muss sagen nirgendwo auf der Welt sind Brot und Brötchen so gut wie in Deutschland. Aber dieser Mann hat es hinbekommen! Eine schöne kleine backerei. Ganz klassisch sieht man im Hintergrund die Öfen und andere Maschinen. Ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient... Trotz des stresses der dort oft herrscht. An dieser Stelle meinen Respekt, denn dieses Handwerk ist wirklich eine Kunst. Man schmeckt das der Bäcker sein Handwerk mit Herz erledigt. Die meisten ruhen sich auf industriell gefertigte Rohlinge aus die dann nur noch aufgebacken werden.... Hier ist das nicht so. Und das schmeckt man! Ich komme immer wieder! Vielen Dank!

Estoy entusiasmado. Hay que decir que en ningún lugar del mundo el pan y los bollos son tan buenos como en Alemania. ¡Pero este hombre lo hizo! Una bonita panadería. Puedes ver los hornos y otras máquinas al fondo de una forma muy clásica. Me atendieron muy amablemente ... A pesar del estrés que a menudo prevalece allí. En este punto mi respeto, porque este oficio es realmente un arte. Se puede saborear que el panadero hace su oficio con corazón. Je suis enthousiaste. Il faut dire que nulle part dans le monde le pain et les petits pains ne sont aussi bons qu'en Allemagne. Mais cet homme l'a fait ! Une jolie petite boulangerie. Vous pouvez voir les fours et autres machines en arrière-plan de manière très classique. J'ai été servi très sympathique... Malgré le stress qui y règne souvent. A ce stade mon respect, car ce métier est vraiment un art. On sent que le boulanger fait son métier avec cœur. La plupart reposent sur des flans fabriqués industriellement qui sont ensuite uniquement cuits... Ce n'est pas le cas ici. Et vous pouvez le goûter ! Je reviens sans cesse ! ...
