Hotel Restaurant Casa Blava — Restaurant in Alzira

This place looks old world from the outside but wow when you pass through the big old doors what a surprise. The other restaurant is big with a huge terrace with both covered and open spaces. The restaurant isn't fancy but has a good atmosphere.

We were in room 101,which was ground floor and huge as was the bathroom. It appeared to gave been updated in recent years with modern tiles.

On the down side there was no hot water either days we stayed. The bathroom was a bit tired, the shower could be fitted to the wall as obviously the connector had broken at sometime. You couldn't have a bath as there was no plug, oh and no hot water! The vanity was water damaged a little tlc could easily right these problems.

Breakfast was served in the restaurant and was not rushed and was plentiful.

We had lunch in the day we arrived and ordered a few tapas, the portions were generous and great value for money.

There was a fridge in the room and complimentary water. There was no tea or coffee facility and the restaurant was closed between 4pm and 8pm. However there was a room on the 2nd floor that had a fridge, milk, coffee etc, unfortunately no cups.

The rooms are sparse with little work area or convenient power points.
