Dear sweetest Umami-Restaurant,

you’re a hidden gem in a backstreet of Port Andratx! A few weeks ago we had our last dinner on our holidays in your beautiful little restaurant. It wasn't the first time we had dinner, we ate there 2 times!! The dish is carefully thought and the ingredient are well selected and mixed with a chef's touch to give it a fine tune. We had the tagliatelle with tuna, it was very good and the dessert was out of this world just as the rosé wine. The cook and her waitress run the show, a sweet and very friendly woman business!! We’d like to visit again!

Umami Fresh Bistro is a wonderful restaurant down a side street in the Port. Off the main drag of bars and restaurants, it’s quiet and intimate.

Jessica and George are very welcoming and when they serve your table it feels like you’re their only table.

There’s only room for about 20 people to eat there at any one time so I’d recommend booking in advance.

The food is incredible. On a limited menu, everything is cooked fresh and each dish can be amended to any dietary requirements you may have.
