I'm not the one rushing to leave a bad feedback but there are times like this when I feel others need to be aware so they don't make the same mistake. 4.5 google reviews suggested this place will not dissapoint, couldn't get it more wrong. Before making an order I specifically asked if there are any bones in a fish fillet, been told that "kids can eat them so there would be no bones". From the point of arrival to the point when the food was served well over an hour have passed but that's ok as we wasn't in the rush, it may be a good idea to let the customers know it's gonna be a long wait though. Despite that, I would still be more than happy to leave 4 star review however, when my fish finally arrived I was NOT impressed, first three small bites and three fish bones!!! As it's not my style to complain I've simply left the whole fish on the plate and proceeded to pay afterwards, expecting to be at least offered an appologies...but hey! nothing like that 🤷🏻‍♂️ When I've pointed out those three bones the waitress simply said "oh yes, there are some bones in that part of a fish"... Seriously?!?!? If I wanted a fish with bones I wouldn't be asking for one without them! I was charged a full price and not a word of appologies for giving me incorrect information at the time of order.

Paradise kitchen: la cucina in paradiso ad Abades - Tenerife

Cari amici turisti, ho riflettuto se scrivere la recensione in inglese, tedesco, spagnolo o italiano. Poi ho deciso per la mia madrelingua, perché alcune espressioni, termini di cucina e aggettivi, congratulazioni incluse, sono intraducibili: speriamo che Google translator faccia un buon lavoro. Chi invece fa non un “buon lavoro”, ma fa un lavoro e un cibo eccellente è lo Chef Fausto, arrivato ad Abades otto anni fa da Roma, dove aveva un ristorante prestigioso … e si vede e si sente al palato. Fausto è un cuoco che potrebbe avere tre stelle Michelin, ma non gli interessa. Ha fatto una scelta di vita e lui, solo con la moglie, è proprietario del Ristorante “Buena Vista” dove, se la vista sul mare è bellissima, il cibo è straordinario. Prima del cibo colpisce la cortesia della moglie, Signora Laura, sempre pronta, velocissima, disponibile e capace di gestire da sola i circa 15 tavoli del ristorante. Due all’ingresso, più tranquilli e romantici, tre nel corridoio di fronte al bancone del bar e 5 o 6 in una grande sala che si affaccia al mare. Ideale per feste, banchetti o compleanni: qui il problema non è il cibo, perché Fausto cucina tutto a meraviglia, ma proprio tutto, (di solito pesce) e prezzi sono veramente molto contenuti. Andate a guardare: “Buena Vista comida y refresco” sul loro sito o le recensioni a cinque stelle di Tripadvisor, FB o Booking. Dovete prenotare sempre, perché il ristorante ha pochi posti ed è sempre pieno. Perché? Perché il cibo è economico, delizioso, vario, elegante e raffinato: ho mangiato lì tre volte in una settimana e vi lascio alcuni esempi, con foto. Tartare di tonno rosso fresco con avocado Tagliolini all’astice azzurro Aragosta in bellavista con contorno di uova, pomodoro e verdure. Crostatina di pasta frolla al cioccolato. Oppure ravioli ripieni con spinaci e pinoli … inutile dilungarsi perché ci vorrebbe un libro. Consiglio a tutti di prenotare, andare lì, assaggiare tutto quello che potete e resterete meravigliati, anzi affascinati dalla cura, qualità e raffinatezza. Ultima nota: facilissimo il parcheggio davanti o molto vicino al ristorante, a circa 400 metri a nord dal Residence Kora. Provate e sicuramente scriverete una recensione ancora migliore della mia. We were there for an early dinner and was really bad. First all the tables were empty and we were dismissed taht all the tables are reserved. When we were on the way out a lady call us back that she has a room back in a sidewalk. Ok… we sit and ordered a vongola spaghetti and fried squids… you could smell and taste that the oil was old and the dish was really bad… spaghetti had literally 5 vongola clamps on, covered with cheap oil and dried parsley from store… I really do not understand where all the good reviews are coming from. Absolutely they don not see us again and i would not recommend it to anyone… it is more a street shop than...
