Stumbled across this place. A lover of Belgian food we settled on a table with a lovely view. Bicky Friet and a portion of doubter to share. The guy who runs it and his daughter were lovely and very helpful. The food was hot and very tasty. Good sized portions served in takeaway containers. Tables are few but they do a roaring trade on the takeaway side. I’ve seen reviews talking about fish and chips. This is not a British fish and chip shop this is traditional Belgian food. I have never eaten Belgian food in the past, and this was a really good first impression! The service was very good, they were polite and informative about the various dishes.

De beste frieten die wij tot nu hebben gehad in Tenerife, heel veel keus. Wij komen daardoor vaker naar Hakuna Patatas. Wij weten dat het voor de eigenaren wel eens lastig kan zijn als de aardappelen niet te krijgen zijn die normaal gebruikt worden. Dit vraagt om extra inspanningen van de uitbater om ook deze goed te kunnen bakken, maar lukt altijd. De reactie op het internet van Bulldo Zer zijn absoluut niet correct, als er iets niet goed is, dan vertel je dat ter plaatse en niet als je weer thuis bent.
