Every time I travel to Palm Mar I make sure to pay a visit to Hola. The food is esquisite, service is impeccable. The hosts Jessie & Curt offer such a personal experience, from all of the little touches, to their kind and warm nature. They make you feel so welcome. We had fish and meat as a main dish and a soup and the carpaccio as a starter - everything was delicious! The service is very friendly and we even had a nice chat with the couple that owns the restaurant. We recommend to book a table several days in advance - the restaurant is small and always fully booked. Go there if you stay in the area! We will definitely come back...
