Molus Evolución Bar Restaurante — Restaurant in Arona

We have eaten here twice since arriving as it’s a short walk from our hotel. It has a nice relaxed vibe, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is of a high standard but I scored four stars only because the pasta with clams was slightly over al dente. I’m a big fan of not over cooking pasta and it’s a fine line, but sadly on this occasion this dish fell short. This was a real shame as the pasta seems to be home made and the sauce was wonderful, so nearly an amazing dish. The burger was without fault and I will definitely return to try it again. Full of flavour with course ground beef cooked so it was just pink inside, exactly as I had asked. This was topped with cheese and super crispy wafer thin bacon. This is a burger that is worth travelling to try. I had the sirloin steak the second evening and this was also very tasty. We had the house wines which were very drinkable and good value. We walked to the restaurant both times, but there is parking directly outside and a small but very well stocked supermarket next door. We will definitely be going back...

We ordered chicken gyros which came and we were devastated it was a chicken breast chopped into chunks with a hand full of chips, not what we expected at all! the portion was so small I then had to order a kids meal as it had barely touched the sides, my daughters ordered bolognase one kid portion and one adult the kids portion was double the size to the adults! The garlic bread was decent though. The service well they took the order and bought the food over but that's as far as it goes a smile would of just been too much to ask. Really dissapointed! Absolutely excellent. I've eaten here morning, noon, and night - many times and every single meal has been a treat. The food is tasty, the prices are very reasonable (even cheap for the area), and the atmosphere is super friendly and relaxed.
