Good place for a drink but go somewhere else for food.

I don’t understand their rating. We did not have the best experience here. On the good side, the sangria was good, but we had a lot of minus points:

when they started bringing the food they told us they are out of meatballs (they should have told us that when we were ordering, not one hour later, first time that something like this happens to me) chilli con carne had no chilli beef entrecote was tough octopi is not as in other pictures, it was not a full tentacle, it was only slices overall the food was salty

Regarding the service, besides telling us late that they did not have meatballs, they forgot about two of our dishes. Moreover on the menu the calamari is grilled, but it is fried. We asked if it comes with fries and we got it fried (language barrier I guess).

They also pus one more portion on our bill that we did not have.

I would say this is a good place to come for a drink but for food I would go...

If you love waiting two and a half hours to get a few pieces of shrimp and a few pieces of potatoes, this is the place for you. If you love being ignored by the staff and you like it when the staff doesn't give a damn about you, this is also the perfect place for you. And if you love finding out after two and a half hours that the waitress didn't write down what you ordered, this is also a place for you. It looks as if the restaurant owner doesn't pay the employees and that's why they ignore the customers. Seriously, it's better to avoid this place, as several recent comments describe it. The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant from the start. The atmosphere is chic and stylish, a perfect spot for a nice evening out. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired when it came to timing.
