If I could leave a negative amount of starts I would. We were greeted by the host who was nothing but nice and friendly so we had high hopes for the evening. The menus are a QR code so when you scan the QR code it brings you to the online menu. The online menu has no description of the food, some have pictures while some don’t, and it’s a mixture of English and Spanish. It is difficult to navigate so I thought I would ask my waitress for a physical menu instead. The first interaction with our waitress set the tone for the rest of the evening. She was unpleasant when I asked for a physical menu speaking over me when I barely finished my question. After letting us sit there for approx 10 minutes I tried to catch her eye to let her know we were ready to order. Instead of coming to the table she shouted over ‘ready’ and when I replied yes she continued to ignore us. She then came over asking if we moved table which although she phrased as a question came across as an interrogation. When we said no she walked away from the table. After another 5 or more minutes she graced us with her presence again so we could finally order some food. We ordered two beers, a bacon cheeseburger, ceaser salad and we asked if we could have some bread with oil as a starter. She said yes and walked away. We waited for about 5-10 minutes and considering our beer still hadn’t arrived we asked a different member of staff is it okay if we go outside and he said no problem, so we went outside for a smoke. When we came back to the table we still didn’t have any drinks. After looking around to hopefully catch a member of staff’s eye I noticed what looked like our order sitting on a table across the floor. I watched it for about 7-8 minutes even videoing it because I was so sure it was our food abandoned. Low and behold worlds friendliest waitress returns claiming they wanted to give us a table in the sun (and therefore put our food there) but no problem if we want to keep our table, they can bring the food over. When I asked her how long the food had been sitting there she confidently said less than five minutes (the only sentence she managed to say with a slightly friendly tone the entire evening). When we walked over there was a lovely little bird sitting on the table trying to peck the food which the staff had to schoo away. When sitting down she said she’d get us new beers (which was nice even if her tone wasn’t). When she came back I asked could we get new chips as they were freezing, she said yes and took them away. The burger was barely warm but we kept it as we were starving. The ceaser salad was soggy, the chicken was dry and all around it was bad. The new chips, although warm, still weren’t good. No one asked how our food was, which was surprising considering we left half of it on the plate. We paid and left immediately, but of course, the lovely bread we had ordered (even though we never got it) was still on the bill. All around our waitress was terrible at her job, lacked manners and the food was...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Bahia Beach Club in Tenerife with my wife and two daughters, and it was an experience that left us absolutely enchanted. Nestled in one of the most beautiful corners of Tenerife, Bahia Beach Club offers an unrivaled setting for a memorable evening.
Watching the sunset from this idyllic spot was a truly magical moment. The sky painted in hues of orange and pink, the sound of waves gently crashing against the shore, and the soft sand beneath our feet created an ambiance of pure tranquility. The atmosphere was further elevated by the club's attentive staff, who ensured our comfort throughout the evening.
The culinary offerings were equally impressive. The menu featured a delightful variety of dishes, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. From fresh seafood to delectable vegetarian options, there was something to please every palate. The accompanying drinks menu was equally diverse, offering a range of cocktails and beverages to complement the stunning sunset.

Service was at best 2 stars. We waited (which isn’t an issue) for 7mins while multiple servers went past us. I understand there’s a greeter but no harm and saying “we will be with you soon”.
We finally ordered and my wife asked for prawn taco and I got the BBQ ribs. We got a couple of very nice cocktails which were ace so thumbs up there.
Ribs arrived along with prawns in garlic butter. Fair enough mistakes are made but no apologies and mines were cold by the time prawn tacos came.
€15 for 3 small tacos (were not tacos) which were cold. Maybe that’s how it’s meant to be served but for me, a main dish is meant to be served hot.
But the ribs were simply terrible. So much fat, lumpy bits with little to no meat and next to no bbq sauce. There was 4 ribs!!! No server at any time asked us how things were (restaurant not busy). When the plates were taken away we were asked. I said average at best expecting some sort of discussion but couldn’t care at all.
Photos on Google look fantastic but pictures don’t always show the real thing. €70 for what we got is simply a con...
