Kokoxili Sushi — Restaurant in Arrecife

If I could give 0 Star I would’ve - Awful service, Nothing Authentic - The waiters/Waitress were not friendly At All, providing Minimum service which indicated what was yet to come as we sat down - very abrupt and slow service - No Menu All through QR Code, which is fine - Unfortunately, nothing fresh, soggy Edemame (Even they changed the dishes name from Authentic Japanese, Not sure Why?!) The previous reviews misled us.

The sushi 🍣 not fresh - Not Authentic - it's a Chinese restaurant, nothing more. We wanted to order their new Sushi set advertised on the menu, but they said it was unavailable!!!

I ordered Yakisoba noodles, and they brought a microwave noodle pack with a bunch of cooked/Uncooked Garnish/seasoning boiled prawn 🍤 on top of it - We had to send it back.

Not to mention, at one point, even though I could see the chefs were eating themselves whilst cooking, having bites at the same time cooking!!!

If I could give 0 Star...

I've been here twice. One for lunch one for dinner. Both times the welcoming waiter was chewing food when I stepped in. The restaurant looks good. There Is a table in the middle (IN THE MIDDLE) of the restaurant where you can see partially eaten food and staff occasionally stop and eat a nibble. I can't believe they don't have a table to eat not in front of guests. ( A kid - the daughter?- is eating a piece of bread walking here and there, behind the counter, on the pass: nobody notice or Say Anything. )

From the kitchen only very good food, Rice maybe too sweet but really great food. But also a lot of noise.

Pro: best saomai ever. Con: Hot mochi Is Just...

We had a fantastic experience thanks to Kayla’s outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the evening unforgettable. The food was mostly excellent, with flavorful dishes all around. However, the tuna was an odd surprise its taste and texture were so unique it felt like it came from another planet. Despite that, the rest of the meal was great, and Kayla’s service made up for any culinary oddities....
