Bitterly disappointed! We tried to book this place for our anniversary, as we read some great reviews and it was also recommended by our hotel as the perfect place for a special dinner. At first it said it was closed, but on the day said it was open. I emailed them straight away to book. We hadn't heard for a while so popped in on our way back to the hotel. We got a very blunt 'no' from the waiter and he was quite rude, so we left very disappointed, perhaps management needs to do some training as this behaviour stops people from booking another day. That should have been a sign right there of what was to come and I wish we had written it off. We later got an email to say they had found a space for us due to a cancellation. In order to be accommodating we let them choose the time for us and we were now very excited to go. When we arrived at 9pm the restaurant was empty! We had a salad to start, it was ok, nothing special. I had some fish alone on a plate with some barely cooked vegetables that I couldn't eat on the side, for the princely sum of 31€! The fish tasted nice, but not exceptional and there was no seasoning, it was plain and boring. I was also brought a gluten free roll in its wrapper, not exactly a fancy dinner. My husband had steak which he liked, but just a few odd chips put on the side. The food was nothing like the photos online. It wasn't nicely presented and to be honest we have had better at other restaurants in town for half the price. For this reason we left without having a dessert. The restaurant is lacking any ambience and it felt like we were sat in a caravan awning! We work in hospitality ourselves, so do not like giving a bad rating, but unless we give direct feedback they cannot make changes. We recognise that the staff during the evening were nice and some of the food was ok, so the stars are only really for these things, although no mention was made of our anniversary and they were not very chatty, we speak spanish so there is no excuse for this, so they missed out on getting a higher score from us, as it wasn't at all special and we couldn't wait to leave. Entramos, vemos una mesa alta y le preguntamos al chico que está sirviendo fuera si podemos sentarnos, el chico nos dice que si. Esperamos a que nos atiendan, unos 20 min aprox, pero no le damos más importancia ya que hoy es fiesta y es normal que tengan más jaleo. Hay una mesa junto a nosotros con 5 personas que se ven son conocidas en el restaurante y llaman a la chica para k le de la carta, cuando pasa x nuestro lado le digo, cuando usted pueda, y se va a la mesa de al lado y le dice... La gente entra sin preguntar y se sienta, así k... K esperen.y le contesto ya k me entero, mira perdona pero yo no me he sentado sin preguntar, le he preguntado a tu compañero y me ha dicho k me puedo sentar. Al momento viene a tomarme nota, le pido la bebida y me dice que en la mesas altas no se puede comer ¿Perdona, si hay 2 mesas altas comiendo?, Si pero ya no se puede xq tengo mucho jaleo y a las 4 cerramos, y son las 3, pues muy bien, dame la cuenta k me voy. Me deja alucina, el trato x parte de esta señorita (rubita con gafas). Osea, que la gente come en mesas altas según su conveniencia 😂😂😂, esto es para reventar de verdad. Read moreIl ristorante si presenta molto bene. Intimo e carino. 5 stelle per l’altissima qualità del pesce. Abbiamo ordinato una serie di antipasti per poter fare dei piccoli assaggi ti tutto. Partendo con una tartare di tonno, a parer mio la miglior tartare che abbia mai assaggiato. (La materia prima freschissima e di altissima qualità. Un sapore indescrivibile). Proseguendo più con un mini piatto di vongole (anch’esse saporitissime. Eccezionali) Per finire con mazzancolle (una specie di gamberone) e poi un polo. Per finire con due dolci ed un caffe. Ripeto , tutto-davvero-buono, però siamo rimasti un po’ sbalorditi dal conto finale. Come si vede nelle foto le porzioni sono davvero piccole (ad esempio le vongole erano 6 in tutto,, ovvero tre a testa), e per la quantità, anche se la qualità c’è, 100 euro sono un po’ troppe. Capisco che un tonno di qualità é davvero costoso per un ristoratore, e che quindi non ha un grosso guadagno su un piatto del gente, ma il resto invece no!! Vi do un coniglio, se volete mangiare in questo ristorante, andateci con la pancia quasi piena, altrimenti dopo qualche ora avrete già fame (come è successo a noi).
