This used to be one of my favourite places to come with friends for great tapas and a casual beer but we’ve been very disappointed to see that the quality in the food has gone done drastically even just from 6-8 months ago. For example, they’ve gone from using real potatoes in their patatas bravado to ones that are clearly frozen. While the quality has gone down, the pricing went up in recent months. The service is still great which is why I’m not giving 1 star but just a warning to others the food does not look like it does it some of the photos. I’m posting this in hopes that the owners will see and return the quality of the food, since I would love to come back to the tapas place it used to...

We're spending just 3 nights in Barcelona, and this restaurant is half a block from our Airbnb. We ended up here after being (somewhat rudely) rejected by their neighboring restaurant. We are traveling with our toddler, and they made sure to get us a high chair and got food out for her promptly. The items we chose were absolutely delicious, especially the spinach mozzarella meatballs and eggplant with honey. I was out for a walk when this charming restaurant caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. The service was absolutely outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.

I sat at one of their outdoor tables, which was a perfect spot to relax and with great atmosphere. I ordered a coffee and their chicken and waffles, and everything was delicious! The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was great too.
