We visited the restaurant this afternoon and decided to stop for a drink. The restaurant owners were very welcoming and we had a great time with them. We had beers and saltenas, it was the first time for me to try something from Bolivia heritage and I must say the saltenas tasted really good. The owners were so nice they had long conversations with us. La Cuineta d'Horta makes one of the best salteñas you can find in Barcelona. It's a small bar/restaurant, not a bakery and a bit out if the way in the Carmel neighborhood but worth the trip and wait (about 15/20 min) while the salteñas are being finished in the oven.
