Located in a residential area, the Hotel looks like a common building and does not outstand from the remaining ones. The reception right at the entrance is nice and polite . There's no one to help with the bags no matter what time or with you're with. The security man keeps seat and hidden comfortably in a couch near the entrance. The room needs maintenance! The AC does not provide the fresh air we need to have a comfortable night. There's signs of unfinished constructions or with very bad finish touches. The room cozy and the bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. The room cleanup could be way better. In room phone system does not work and leaves a light in the dark room during the sleeping period. Restaurant... The only one available is Very limited Menu with limited options. The waiting space is dark. Service is terrible sometimes, and we had the feeling that we've got forgotten and had to ask for your drink or dinner more than once. The AC in the restaurant have clouds of dust... It's just a matter of looking up. There were at the time spider webs in the lights. The all space requires maintenance and a better solution...

La experiencia de cenar en este restaurante de hotel fue buena. Un gran grupo de gente en un salón sofisticado y con comida bastante apetecible y sugerente. Siempre he pensado que cuando la cena es cuantiosa en cuanto a los asistentes, las mesas alargadas dificultan la conversación; lo digo porque visto que éramos los únicos en el restorán, quizá la disposición de las mesas podría haber variado. Como he dicho, la velada fue muy agradable en un entorno donde nadie nos molestó y en el que la privacidad era evidente. Así pues, aquél que busque ambiente... bueno... depende lo que entienda o quiera entender por ambiente puede gustarle más o menos.

Un puntazo el bar con la sala y sus sofás para tomar una copa; era como tener un reservado para nuestro uso...
