Really great food here. The place is very comfortable and typically Japanese styled. You can choose the tasting menu option too, where you will be seated at the hot plate, where the chef cooks for you directly. At €65 per head, that seemed a little pricey, but considering the quality of food we had from the extensive standard menu, I'm sure everybody who tries it would be more than satisfied - especially as you'd get the higher value items to try. We had a mixture of plates (maybe 4) and a couple of beers, and paid just short of €50 for the both of us. Every dish we had was fresh and delicious. Absolutely amazing experience! The teppenyaki was booking only. And we ended up booking another reservation a day later from how good it all was. The teppenyaki was a delight, from appetisers to the mains. Everything the chef made for us was beautifully presented, cooked and enjoyed. Mouthwatering good food. Staff were truly fantastic. We felt completely waited on in both a casual yet fine dining way. Always get at least one dish at the chef's recommendation, he will not disappoint. I enjoyed almost everything about this restaurant. The food was really really good. I had the yakiniku donburi and the beef was incredible. Tender and super flavourful. The only reason I docked a star was that the meals came out quite sporadically. My friend waited an hour for his meal and the rest of the table had already finished theirs. They did offer us some free chocolate truffles to say sorry, but it still would have been nice to ask be able to eat at...
