We had a very bad experience here. We did not understand how to order (smartphone required) from the menu and when we finally did order, we misunderstood what we were agreeing to. On top of that, one of the three dishes I received was incorrect and my wife waited needlessly for two of her three dishes. We asked for help from staff, but were essentially ignored by the first person who brought my wasabe 40 minutes into the meal. The second person we asked for help from brought my wife's second plate, but then we waited an additional 15 minutes for the third plate to arrive. By the time we had received everything we had ordered (6 plates and 2 drinks) we were very unhappy with the slow and inaccurate service. We had spent almost 90 minutes waiting for our dinner to arrive and I was angry. We decided to leave and were met with an exorbitant bill for what we had ordered. I explained to the staff why were unhappy, but apparently it did not matter... "Sit down and have some more to eat..." was the suggestion, but why would we do that when the evening was already ruined? The food was not bad, but the service was terrible. No effort was made to make us feel welcome. Very disappointed, not happy at all,...

Went here yesterday to celebrate my mom's birthday, the moment we went in a grumpy waitress asked us for drinks. We already felt like something was off. Next, food came in which was quite good however the waitresses were super rude, slamming off the orders on our tables and even shouting at us when we asked for a knife to cut our cake. The waitress wearing all black, pigtails and even having earphones while working really lacks professionalism and should be trained on how to provide a good customer service. We got out stressed filled with bad energy and vibes from the place. Never will we come back. One of the worst customer service sushi restaurant in Barcelona. Althought the food is good, its not worth it being treated like that. There are far better sushi restaurants around the place! Better...

Finally, a Buffet That Doesn’t Feel Like a Compromise 🍣🤤

Let’s be honest buffets usually promise more than they deliver. But this one is the happy exception. After visiting countless Japanese buffets in Barcelona (most of which are good but can be better), this one genuinely stands out.

The quality here is surprisingly high especially compared to other all-you-can-eat spots around town. Fresh sushi, tasty bites, and dishes that don’t taste like they’ve been sitting around since yesterday. Seriously, it’s good stuff.

If you’re tired of mediocre buffet experiences, trust me, this spot will restore your faith :)

Definitely recommend for anyone craving great Japanese food without sacrificing quality or your dignity.
