Easily one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if it recently changed owners or what, but it’s NOTHING like what you see on the pictures in the reviews. The waiter didn’t even speak Spanish well enough to do his job, and we were having communication issues, so in an attempt to order something we just pointed at one of the pictures in the reviews. He was clueless as to what that dish was, as if he hadn’t seen it before, and soon we understood why — the food they serve look nothing like the pictures you see online. The rest of the service was awful as well. We make our order, and after waiting for 40 minutes, we get a salad delivered to our table; only that we never ordered a salad at all. A cook comes to our table, asks why we don’t want the salad, acts very confused when we say we didn’t order it, and tries to force us to have it anyways instead of returning it to the kitchen. She then comes back, we repeat our order to her, and she says she’ll bring it. After waiting some more, I even had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask where our food was. We then get served half our order, missing things, with a food quality that couldn’t be further from the advertised “homemade traditional cuisine”. The food was very obviously re-heated and frozen fried, not only because you could taste it, but because I saw it myself in the kitchen. I would be surprised if anything at all in their menu were fresh. When we were about to pay our bill and leave, we realized they wanted to charge us for dishes they never served us. Pure incompetence and straight up bad quality. They advertise they make traditional Basque cuisine, but none of the staff is even remotely Basque or even Spanish, and the menu is full of generic dishes like salad, ribs or French fries, so I don’t get where they get the “traditional” part from. To add to the experience, shortly after we arrived, a big group of like 30 kids shouting at the top of their lungs entered the restaurant and sat down taking up like 90% of the place, so me and my girlfriend were forced to shout at each other to communicate for the rest of our meal. I don’t know where they get all the good reviews from, and I’m staring to think they’re all fake. Total disaster. The only positive thing I can say is that I think this place would make a great “Kitchen...
