Disclaimer: Me and my friends have discussed and written this review. Since we were really disappointed we will post it once per customer/one of us.
We started ordering one nigiri of each type since they are always our go to sushi type, well, we didn't order more than those ones. Bland, soft and slimy rice with paper thin (and paper texture, I don't know how the tuna could be so dry) fish on top. It was flavourless, not even soaking them in soy sauce could save them.
We had many surprises on our first time at Sushisom Intermodal and none of them were good ones. Since when are dumplings supposed to have hard plastic pieces inside of them? Ours certainly had one, hard enough to break a tooth and at least "luckily" big enough to spot it.
The waiters were silent and didn't really care about us, we aren't anybody to judge since they are probably getting paid the minimum wage, but a smile from time to time or not putting the plates on the corner of the table wouldn't kill them (at least the main waitress (one out of six) was nice)
The fried food items and also those ones that were supposed to be eaten hot/warm arrived late and cold. Even the takoyaki was slightly cold sometimes.

Read moreThe food at the buffet was absolutely delicious, and I found myself sampling an extensive variety of dishes. Among all the options, sushi stood out as my favorite... It was exquisite; it had such a delightful texture that it seemed to melt in my mouth with every bite.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
Just a heads up for anyone planning to visit, drinks are billed separately in addition to the buffet price, so make sure to factor that into your total cost.
Overall, it was a memorable experience filled with...
