Best sit down meal we've had in 2 trips to Spain! Highly recommend for a special meal, or any time. Excellent service, fun comfortable environment. Entire staff very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with our limited Spanish. Surrounded by tables of happy local families. Recommend booking ahead, as they only serve lunch from 1:30pm It was very easy by the mobile WhatsApp number provided. They were very patient and responsive for booking. We ordered the 'Menu San Lorenzo' with the Cordero lechal asado, 42 euro pp. Includes 5 full size appetizers, a whole roasted leg of local DOP baby lamb, salad, water, bottle of Ribera or Rioja wine, bread, coffee and liquors. Simply cannot get a better meal and for the value! Best leg of lamb I ever had. Succulent, moist, tasty, cripy skin bits were like lamb chicharrones. The Revueltos con setas y gambas appetizer was unbelievable with the fresh crusty included. The aroma of mushrooms when it arrived at the table was so intense. I love morcilla and so should anyone who enjoys meatloaf! Delicious with the sweet roasted peppers. Homemade desserts were exactly what we hoped for, classic Spanish gooey, creamy cheesecake and eggy, toasted caramelly flan. Perfect lightly chilled local red. Restaurants tend to be in hidden corners that you may pass by and not notice. ASL, is one of them! The decorations are quite basic, but the reception warm. You are also greeted at the door with large charcoal oven on the side, where meats are being cooked. Tables are already set with bread waiting. The food arrived not long after we sat down, local black pudding, with red peppers, followed with roasted lamb with a salad and last cheese cake from local cheeses. Pero queremos añadir la perspectiva de las personas que tienen RESTRICCIONES ALIMENTARIAS : Nuestro hijo es un comensal complicado (celiaquía y múltiples alergias).
