Good Part:|Location was good, although the hotel is located in a very narrow street opposite a church. Locals are very friendly and always ready to help. There are 3 natural pools close by, one about 5 min walking ant the other 2 about 10 min. |There is no hotel parking but you can easily park up the hill in the ayuntamiento (town hall) parking. |Bad Part:|The hotel is small and very old as was our room. There is no receptionist. When we got there we had to ring the bell and wait for someone to come from the adjacent restaurant to check us in. The toiletries are very basic and I had to ask for extra toilet paper almost daily as they leave one roll which is quite small. |The windows don't open and although there is an A/C I'd have appreciated some fresh air in the room. The beds are not the most comfortable and the towels had stains. Our room was made up daily and supppsedly cleaned but not too well. One night I was surprised by a small cockroach in the bathroom. Also, I had brought a roll of good toilet paper to the room which upon returning from a hike had disappeared and was replaced by 2 rolls previously mentioned.|All in all I was a bit grossed out by the room. |Also, the water pressure is quite low and the water smells funky, although I think it's generally like that in the entire town. Buy water and do not ask for tap water in bars unless you want to drink musty tasting water.|One of the girls from the restaurant/ reception was clueless about any questions we had while another one was helpful. |Would not stay at this...

Read moreIf ZERO STARS were an option I would have chosen that.|Terrible room: Very very small, one window to covered air shaft so no fresh air, airco doesn’t work only produces a sewer smell, continuing buzz in the room due to installation upstairs, very very noisy, hard bed. |We didn’t book via a third party website but directly at hotel for them to avoid having to pay commission. Would’ve expected a better room for at least this gesture.|We complained the next morning. The receptionist officially said sorry but it was clear that she’s had these kind of complaints regularly and didn’t care one bit. She admitted by the way that the walls/doors ‘are made of paper’...||All in all: this hotel...
