We looked at the superb seafood in the glass fridge and we were encouraged to dine there with the promise of a starter each and a whole lobster each plus a bottle of wine, all for €20 per person. Sadly the meal was awful and have felt sick since. To start we ordered steamed mussels and got vinagerette mussels covered in raw onions and peppers. The other starter was squid which was chewy, over cooked and tasteless. The lobster was an even bigger disappointment - so badly overcooked that you had to scrape what little dried out meat there was out of the tail and claws - it amounted to the equivalent of a shrimp in a prawn cocktail. The chips and veg were also dry and luke warm. We don’t ever complain, but we did today, but it just went in one ear and out the other. We drove through from Benidorm for lunch, but should have stayed in Benidorm for better quality product, cooking and service. VERY...

This is the best place in town if you want to have a "mariscada". Deep fried white bait and baby octopus were on point, nice and crispy. The oysters tasted fresh like the sea in winter. The chargrilled platter was fantastic, the "bogavante" was amazing, juicy and with the perfect balance of garlic and salt. The lobster was overcooked and on the dry side. The prawns were plentiful and fresh. After that we had ice cream which was... Industrial, but that's not the reason you go for in this restaurant so all good in the hood. To finish it off I had an Irish coffee which was so good and potent I had to walk home. Not the first time I come here and won't...

We were very hungry and the place looked very good. The service is good. We were shown how the plate would look and decided to buy the Sepia Plancha. The plate does not resemble the one displayed... The worst part is that the fish was very hard to chew. There might be translation issues with the menu. We ordered grilled octopus and got grilled butterfish. The mussles are below average, with grass and other stuff from the sea, making it not a great choice. Comparing this place with other restaurants in the port, I felt that it was below average. On the good side, the service is good. They changed the Sepia. The house wine is very good and at...
