I’m trying my best to not give it a 1* considering the atmosphere was great (updated to 1* after the last terrible experience). Food was average but prices were changing depending on the waiter you saw. On two nights with two different servers the menu prices were correct. On one of the following nights two servers were adamant the prices were plus 1€ per meal (nothing specified anywhere), as some sort of obligatory tip. After stating we had been before on two separate nights for meals and that this was never the case, the server (a man) turned his back and just left. Rude as could be. Poor and slow service yesterday and when the drinks finally came they were not worth the wait. Terrible cocktails that were low quality and just tasted like sugar and low grade mixers and alcohol etc. €8.50 for a cocktail is not worth what they serve, I would go to the beach there are nice bars that will cost you about €10+ but much better. We also had food here a couple of days ago and it was gross. The 1/2 roast chicken must of been boiled or microwaved and the hotdog was so salty. Benny Hills truly is amazing! This is my first sun holiday and I remember arriving on my first night! The bar lady approached us and asked if we would like drinks and since then we have been here day and night! 💖 We have had amazing food and breakfast during the day and even late at night! They really do love their customers and are extremely thankful for Everyone who enjoys their time here! 10000% worth a visit if you come to Magaluf! The Music is also fantastic! Amazing vibes!
