Locura Iberica (Momentum Plaza). — Restaurant in Calvià

Really disappointed about or meal here.

Bear in mind that i work in hospitality as well and i rarely leave bad reviews but this experience was so bad that i can't help it not to leave this review.

We walked in for lunch after seeing this beautiful designed restaurant . However service and food weren't beautiful at all.

I ordered a double espresso with oat milk on side but a cortado arrived with regular milk. I asked our server to remake my coffee which she did but again regular milk instead of oat. As is just a preference i couldn't be asked to send it back again so i just had it. (but imagine this happening to someone with a diary allergy 🫣)

food arrived my husband had Pulled pork burger which was ok-ish. (lucky him) but my steak wasn't, i asked for it to be cooked medium well ( i had to repeat that 3 times as our server was just ignoring me ), it arrived medium rare so i send it back by the time my steak come my husband nearly finished his food and i when it finally came back the fried potatoes that it comes with were rock hard and cold so i couldn't eat it, same with vegetables cold as well. so i didn't enjoy it at all, i only ate some as i was starving, but only the eatable bits.

Also one of our servers was sat at one of the other tables drinking beer which i find it extremely unprofessional so maybe someone should look at it.

Is a shame that you guys invested so much money in the design of restaurant and not care about service as well.

Vor kurzem hatte ich das Vergnügen, einen wunderbaren Tag in einem Tapas-Laden zu verbringen, der wirklich alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Die Auswahl an Tapas-Gerichten war beeindruckend, und jedes einzelne Gericht war eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Von den frischen Zutaten bis zur kunstvollen Präsentation war alles perfekt zubereitet und hat köstlich geschmeckt.

Ein besonderer Dank geht an Carina, die unseren Tag mit ihrem herausragenden Service zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit waren bemerkenswert und haben uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Sie hat uns nicht nur hervorragend bedient, sondern auch dazu beigetragen, dass sich jeder in unserer Gruppe rundum wohl gefühlt hat.

Ein absolutes Highlight des Tages war die Überraschung für unseren Freund, der seinen Geburtstag gefeiert hat. Carina brachte ihm ein Stück Kuchen mit einer brennenden Kerze, was eine sehr herzliche und rührende Geste war. Dieser Moment hat den Tag noch spezieller gemacht und gezeigt, wie sehr sich das Team um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht.

Ich kann diesen Tapas-Laden nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kombination aus vorzüglichen Speisen, herzlichem Service und einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre macht ihn zu einem perfekten Ort für jeden Anlass. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, und ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

Hace poco tuve el placer de pasar un día maravilloso en un restaurante de tapas que superó todas mis expectativas. La selección de platos de tapas era impresionante, y cada uno de ellos era una verdadera delicia. Desde los ingredientes frescos hasta la presentación artística, todo estaba perfectamente preparado y sabía delicioso.

Un agradecimiento especial a Carina, quien hizo de nuestro día una experiencia inolvidable con su servicio excepcional. Su amabilidad y atención fueron notables y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos de inmediato. No solo nos atendió de manera excelente, sino que también contribuyó a que todos en nuestro grupo se sintieran completamente a gusto.

Un punto culminante del día fue la sorpresa para nuestro amigo, que celebraba su cumpleaños. Carina le trajo un trozo de pastel con una vela encendida, un gesto muy cariñoso y conmovedor. Este momento hizo que el día fuera aún más especial y mostró cuánto se preocupa el equipo por el bienestar de sus clientes.

No puedo recomendar este restaurante de tapas lo suficiente. La combinación de platos exquisitos, servicio amable y un ambiente acogedor lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para cualquier ocasión. Fue una experiencia inolvidable, y estoy deseando volver pronto.

Recently, I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful day at a tapas restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. The selection of tapas dishes was impressive, and each one was a true delight. From the fresh ingredients to the artistic presentation, everything was perfectly prepared and tasted delicious.

A highlight of the day was the surprise for our friend who was celebrating his birthday. Carina brought him a piece of cake with a lit candle, a very warm and touching gesture. This moment made the day even more special and showed how much the team cares about the well-being of their guests.

So me and my friends decided to go here for a last meal before flying home the next day. Didn’t get off to the best of starts as our bottle of wine we ordered was taken to the wrong table. I then noticed my starter of calamari was sat on the counter for quite some time before the other starters were ready. By the time the starters came the calamari was cold and not very nice. The belly pork starter was delicious. My sisters main course came out with the starters and her starter was no where to be seen so they did take her main course off the bill as an apology. I ordered the rib eye steak but wasn’t asked how I would like my steak cooked. Was a little too well done for me but at this point I just didn’t have the energy to send it back. Half way through our mains my sisters starter finally arrived. I actually felt sorry for the servers. It was as if this place had just opened and we’re still finding their feet but it’s been open for some time now.
