This brilliant place is like a cross between a Spanish bar and an English pub with a resident band in the evening called Hooched. Air conditioned throughout with extensive seating inside and out, always nearly full with a great atmosphere inside the place. The bar staff are friendly and attentive, and being slightly more in Palma Nova than Magaluf the clientele are older than teenagers; more like couples, groups of friends and families up for a lively drink. Hooched are a brilliant 2 piece band that play a wide selection of rock, pop and indie classics. I can honestly say the lead guitarist (who also does all the vocals) is a genuine axe maestro! He plays every song from AC/DC to Queen to Pink Floyd to Bon Jovi to Snow Patrol to Rod Stewart and everything in-between absolutely note perfectly from memory, altering his tone to sound pretty much exactly like the guitarist from each band. Close your eyes and it could be Dave Gilmour playing, or the next song it could be Slash, the next one Eddie Van Halen, next Brian May and then Clapton and so on! The bass player is phenomenal also, who hits every bassline and riff in perfect time and giving great depth and extra elements to the sound from rock to ballads. They throw in some banter in-between varied 70s, 80s and 90s songs to make this a set anyone of any age will enjoy a sing along to! My son and I are rock fans-he didn't want to leave the bar anytime we went and hes 5 yrs old! Well worth a visit, great place, fun holiday atmosphere, awesome entertainment.. highly...

Make this a MUST DO on any trip to Palma Nova, Magaluf or even Mallorca in general. I dont care how far you've got to travel, make your way down here for an enigmatic night.

Right in the heart of the night life, a 2 minute walk off the Magaluf strip, you'll find the most energetic, customer service friendly and entertaining bar in the whole reigon.

First of all, the drinks are great. Good prices and great range as well as fast service times on a busy April night. Cannot fault the bar staff at all. Friendly, entertaining, polite and really joining in with the on stage entertainment. Just overall outstanding staff.

Now for the entertainment. Hooched, the live band, are an enigmatic couple with great musical talent and banter that is second to none. Really joining in with the crowd and bar staff making it feel like such a personalised night for everyone joining in. Song requests, conversation and banter are what make these guys so entertaining with a massive range of music from the iconic 70s classics, to an edm guitar set (cannot explain how good this is in words) to even some modern songs you'd hear bopping about on Tiktok. These guys have it all. Just some good people with great character topping off a great night.

Personally, bin off the cheap maga strip or overpriced gentrified bars with plain staff and Heart FM level music and come down to Papis. Phenomenal experience which you will not regret....

This is not a suitable breakfast place. For a pub/bar yes it’s good. Live entertainment. Many staff in evening. Quick service. Prices not too bad.

But for breakfast. I cannot recommend. Waited 10-15min to make the order. 30mins for coffee/juice to arrive. 30min more after for simple breakfast. 2 adults only. Toast. Omelette beans.

Toast is toast. Takes 1min to make. Omelette was empty. Not even cheese. And I would think 1 egg was used. Beans, a table spoon of beans. That’s it. 1 hour to receive this. I said to staff in a polite way. He responded: “There was many tables here before you!” That’s it.

Thank you for explaining how a restaurant operates. Many tables before me is not the problem, it is not a complicated nor a long process for a kitchen to make this breakfast. Infact you could have most of it ready to go. But no. I’m told many tables before. False. There was 5-6 tables. Keep in mind there are over 30 tables available.

The issue is not enough staff. Don’t blame it on anything else. Just say “low staff today” and apologise. But no. I’m the fool for not understanding. Thanks for that.

Also food is low price but the coffee, juice etc is high. Classic...
