Des croissants qui m'ont rappelés ceux de certaines bonnes boulangeries en France. Petite boulangerie mais bonne qualité. J'ai adoré. Et les croissants au jambon une merveille Tout ce que j'aimerais trouver chez tout bonne boulangerie digne de ce nom. Sandwich à la demande ce qui vous en dit long sur le niveau...

A més, és l'únic forn de Campos que encara fa "prim" (és una pasta que pareix una galleta d'Inca grossa, feta a base de "refús", que són raïssons de saïm mòlts molt fi de manera que queda com a saïm. Això s'emplea com si fos una torrada, normalment...
