Es Brot is an absolute gem. We first visited two years ago and had the best dining experience of our lives. It’s a small, family-run restaurant—just a mother and son. She warmly hosts and serves, while he creates magic in the kitchen.

We recently returned for our final night in Mallorca, and it was just as incredible. The food is spectacular, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The experience feels so personal—like having a private chef. The service is warm and flawless.
