Please see the photo of the saddest dog in the world that they have tied on a 2 metre long chain next to the bins at the back of the bar. We passed at 11am on a Sunday, and again at 4.30pm and the dog was in the same position. It had no water bowl, no food bowl, and the pathetic shelter gave it zero protection against the freezing cold wind. We've had down to 3 degrees at night lately and this dog is chained with no real shelter. It has the saddest face ever, and with 3 of us stood at the gate talking to it, it made no attempt to bark, growl or wag its tail. It looks like it's giving up on life chained there. The entire Cala Mesguida resort is closed for winter so presumably the dog is there as a guard dog, but it seemed scared of us. At the very least it needs food, water and shelter!!

It took one hour for me to get a small takeaway pizza. I understand that it’s tough running a restaurant. However I would have preferred if the waiter informed me that the wait was one hour for a pizza, then I could have chosen something more simple or another place. After the whole thing taking 1 hr, I didn’t even get any compensation, had to pay full price. When I complained about the time and not being informed, the cook said that the waiter is not in the kitchen so he doesn’t know how long it takes. The chef explained to me that there were other orders before me. That is ofc no surprise and not a great way to respond . Worst service I’ve ever encountered!! Avoid this place as the service is rude, and very unwelcoming. We were ignored from the moment we sat down with our family. We asked for a menu and we’re told in half an hour.. people came after us and were given menus. We decided not to eat here and asked for the bill for our drinks but they didn’t listen so had to go inside and pay. I questioned him about the menus and he ignored me and walked off.
