Bad waitress treated us with very unfriendly manners. Me and my girlfriend entered the bar and asked a bottle of water and to use the toilet. The bartender was actually nice, but there was a very cruel blonde waitress (mid-aged) with very bad manners. She told the young bartender not to give me the small brick of water, but instead just a glass of water, and the price was 4.75€!! Crazy. But the worse is yet to come: when my girlfriend came back from the toilet, I then went to the bathroom myself. Exiting the bathroom, I see my gf is not in the bar anymore. She went out. She explained to me that the cruel blonde mid-aged waitress treated her badly, and asked with very bad manners if she payed for that glass of water (she knew we did, I payed that "golden" glass of water directly to that waitress), then she told my gf to exit the bar. Great location and amazing views - such a shame the food was disappointing. Ordered hot buffalo wings and a nachos and received chicken nuggets instead. I don’t mind ordering and paying at the bar and collecting the food when the buzzer goes off but the guy at the register couldn’t have been more disinterested. The nachos = a bowl of corn chips with meagre additions of cheap store-bought guacamole and cheese that looks and tastes like it’s out of a tube. Nuggets + bowl of corn chips + 2 glasses of sangria = 30€. Spend your money for something decent...

Came for ice cream and coffees. Location and view is amazing. Service was terrible. The ice creams for the children arrived very quickly but in paper cups (we were sitting inside)..My husbands coffee came 15 minutes later. My iced coffee maybe another 10 minutes later so we were all eating/drinking at different times despite ordering as one. Staff were uninterested and not at all welcoming.. Don't usually review these places but it's such a shame as this restaurant could be amazing due to location.. wouldn't...
