Encanto Metros de Pizza — Restaurant in Capdepera

We were assured when we came in that they could accommodate gluten intolerance in any of their pasta / pizza preparations. When the pizza came, my wife could not notice any difference in taste between my dough (so called gluten free) and hers. I decided to trust them anyways and ate the whole pizza. OK the pizza tasted good. But afterwards I had the worst day I've had as far as I can remember. That is even though I had to go to the restroom to force it all out immediately after getting back to the hotel, once I understood I'd been tricked. For a mere 30 euros, these people maliciously lied to get us to take a seat in their restaurant, maybe considering gluten intolerance as a nutritional hobby? Additionally, the women was incapable of citing which flour they were using. And it did not taste like any gluten free dough I've ever had. I can only imagine this is the tip of the iceberg if they are capable of discarding their customer's health like that. Would...

I have been in Cala Radjada for 5 days and 4 out of 5 days I had lunch or dinner at Encanto! Absolutely Outstanding! I had an amazing experience at this pizzeria! The food and drinks are simply excellent. The 2 Metra pizza is incredibly impressive—perfectly baked, full of flavor, and great for sharing. I also tried the baked salmon, and it was to die for—moist, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

The decor is astonishing and sophisticated, creating a warm yet upscale atmosphere that enhances the entire experience.

The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff made us feel truly welcome and taken care of.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates top-quality food, beautiful ambiance, and great service. I can’t wait...

Edit: Auch dieses Jahr waren wir wieder hier! Und haben es so sehr genossen! Die Pizza ist eh der Knaller, aber Leute: Probiert die Bowls!!!! Wirklich oberlecker. Also für mich steht fest: Das Encanto ist für uns ein Pflichtprogramm und ein Hauptgrund, Cala Ratjada zu besuchen! Schön, dass das Personal noch weitestgehend das gleiche ist, wie letztes Jahr. Da darf man davon ausgehen, dass hier gern und zu guten Bedingungen gearbeitet wird! ❤

Wir waren in Urlauben schon häufiger bei Encanto Metros de Pizza und hatten auch heute wieder einen ganz fabelhaften Abend!

Heute beim WM-Spiel der Deutschen war es sicherlich eine Herausforderung für die Crew, die sie wirklich äußerst charmant, professionell und bemüht gemeistert hat! Nicht zuletzt wegen der Leinwand kamen immer mehr Gäste - es wurden unkompliziert Tische zusammengestellt, jeder Gast, der kam, bekam eine Möglichkeit, das Spiel zu sehen, etwas zu trinken oder zu essen.

Letzteres ist stets sehr gut! Wir haben hier schon Vorspeisen, Burger, Pasta und Pizza gegessen, alles sehr lecker und frisch - Die Pizza, die man auch meterweise bestellen kann, sicherlich eine Paradedisziplin (gerade für größere Gruppen super!) Geschmacklich auch top. Abgerundet haben wir heute alles mit dem Dessert - eine Mascarponecreme mit Oreo und Schokolade- simpel, aber so unfassbar lecker! Preislich absolut angemessen bis günstig, wirklich klasse.

Ein großes Lob geht an den jungen Mann, der unermüdlich jeden am Eingang begrüßt, zum Tisch bringt und immer nach dem Wohlbefinden fragt sowie an die (glaube ich) Chefin, die voller Herzblut dabei ist! Man merkt, wie sehr alle wollen, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen und wie stolz sie auf ihren Laden sind!

Fazit: Ein echter Gewinn für Cala Ratjada! Kein Schlager- Schuppen mit Schnitzel/Pommes - auch kein gezwungen szeniger Laden mit fancy rosa Lampignons, wo man von oben herab angeschaut wird, wenn man nicht reserviert hat oder Stammgast ist.
