Botanic Restobar — Restaurant in Capdepera

I have been all over the world.. eaten many many burgers. Sometimes you discover a hidden 💎 (gem) like this place. If they are consistent with their quality and balance of tasty ingredients. (Like the grilled pepper) This is a place I would visit regularly. They have two burgers on the menu.. I think I had the farm one with cheese on it. The taste was outstanding.. (for each his own of course) The burger was served with homemade fries, also very good. But for me, it is not necessary. Or start with the fries and save the best for last! There are a lot of shitty tourist food places on this island. But not this place. Small.. just a few tables.. little kitchen. But made with love ❤️. It has been a long time since I went to the chef and complimented his effort in the kitchen. Give respect where respect is due!! 16,50 for a burger this tasty.. is no money.

Also had the sangria jar. Good, but it would have been way better with more red wine in it. Not a bottle.. but an extra glass just to balance the fruit and alcohol more. But this is personal of course.. I want my sangria in a way it's forbidden for...

Wow, what an incredible dining experience I had at Botanic restaurant on their opening night! Despite it being their first night, everything ran incredibly smoothly and I couldn't have been more impressed.

The restaurant itself has a fantastic atmosphere, with a beautiful botanical theme that runs throughout the decor. It's stylish and modern, yet still feels warm and inviting.

To start, I ordered the grilled artichoke flowers and they were amazing. The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were spot on. I could tell that the chef had really put a lot of thought into creating the dish.

I also tried a glass of the 8 Vents wine from Mallorca, which was the perfect accompaniment to my meal. It had a great depth of flavor and was incredibly smooth.

The service was exceptional, especially considering that it was the restaurant's opening night. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and full of good energy. The music was just right—relaxing but upbeat enough to add to the great vibe of the place.

We ordered burgers and a meat dish, and both were phenomenal. You could really taste the quality—everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
