Gusto — Restaurant in Capdepera

Good value, delicious food, great service and the firendliest of owners on hand. You couldn't pick a better spot to enjoy dinner as the sun goes down. It's right on the water and you can people watch everyone walking past. Modest dinner was €70 without alcohol for 2 people. We both had seafood for main courses which pushed the price up. The fresh tagliettelle with pesto and tiramisu should not be missed. I may come back to enjoy the fresh pasta with parmesan that is made in a parmesan wheel. Baby friendly with those fantatic Ikea high chairs. Couldn't have enjoyed it more or been treated better. ...

We are on a one week holiday and this place convinced us immediately to visit them 3 times (so far). The owner and his son have been nothing but welcoming and friendly. There is a true passion in the business they run. The pizzas are absolutely, legitimately itialian and tasty (try the margehrita or the seafood) and the pastas are al dente and packed with flavour. Thank you Gusto and the two gentlemen for making our holidays unforgetable. Please don't ever lose the passion! What you are doing makes us happy....

The first time the food and service were great. The second time half of the muscles were closed, the shrimp cooked to death. The service was Horrible!!!! After trying to communicate with the owner, he sent a English speaking waiter. To apologize we were offered a free limoncello. We didn't want anything for free, just a simple and honest apology. The owner didn't even have the character to come back and apologize. Too bad und sehr, sehr schade. Der Besitzer ließ uns fühlen, daß ihm das egal war. Too bad, so...
